Mark Trohalis

Mark Trohalis is a seasoned investigative professional with more than 36 years of law enforcement experience in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Born and raised in the community, he spent the majority of his career with the Danbury Police Department, where he rose from patrol officer to Detective in the Special Investigations Division.

Throughout his 33 years as a Detective, Mark led complex investigations involving narcotics trafficking, violent crime, vice operations, and organized drug networks. He also worked alongside federal agencies including the FBI Drug Task Force and the DEA on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional investigations.

Over his career, Mark developed strong working relationships with local and federal law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and investigative professionals throughout the region, enhancing his ability to coordinate and support complex cases.

Following his retirement, Mark founded MT Private Investigation and Security, offering discreet, results-driven services including family and custody matters, divorce and infidelity investigations, fraud and financial cases, background checks, immigration support, missing persons, and event security management.
